Cancer is an enemy of mine, it has effected many of my family members, friends, and loved ones.  It is time for this enemy to be defeated in the name of Jesus.  It is time for those of us that know the Lord is a healer to get on our faces, knees, and bow down before the Lord, our maker.  It is time for this enemy to stop running rampant through the land and trying to devour evverything in its path.  It is also time for the redeemed of the Lord to say so; to let cancer know that we are not afraid of you and we love the Lord, our God, who we know is Jehovah Rapha.  The Lord that heals all of our diseases.

One of my dear friends was recently diagnosed with cancer and her hair came out due to chemotherapy.  She had her husband shave her head so it will look even; didn't bother her one bit because she knows its hair, it will grow back.  Hair is cute; but having your life is better.  I told her I would have my head shaved too, to show cancer, it ain't got nothing on nobody.  So, being a woman of my word, I had my head shaved too.  It was so freeing and now I can feel air on my head, so cool.   I am thinking about leaving it like this for a while; just to stand up to cancer and let those that had their hair shaved; look I got mine shaved too, just to stand together in solidarity, to let them know they are not alone.

Well, I have to go now and let cancer know that it has nothing on you because God is Jehovah Gibbor, the Lord Mighty in batle.

Take care and roll on,
